St. Charles man pleads guilty in investment fraud – Chicago …

Jason Hyatt, 36, agreed to plea guilty to six counts in an 11-count indictment that accused him of defrauding investors in his investment company, Hyatt Johnson Capital LLC, lying to a bank and tax evasion.
